MakeItForThem lets you make a page for someone and send them the link. Using the site means accepting what is written here. It is a small project, not a company with a department for this, and these terms are written to match.

Your photos and words remain yours. No ownership is claimed over them. The only permission needed is the technical one: to store your content and show it to whoever opens your link, because that is the entire product.

That permission ends when the page is deleted.

Only upload things you have the right to use, and only make pages about people who would be comfortable receiving one. In particular, do not use this to:

• upload someone else’s photos without their agreement
• harass, threaten, impersonate or frighten anyone
• publish sexual content involving minors, or any unlawful material
• share other people’s private information
• break the law where you or the recipient live

Pages that do any of this may be removed without notice. Uploads are not reviewed before publishing, so removal happens after a report, not before.

Pro is a one-time payment of $1.99 that unlocks the Pro templates, page styles, the Story Studio and pixel flower bouquets. It is not a subscription, nothing recurs, and nothing is charged again.

If a payment goes through and Pro does not unlock, that is a fault worth fixing — open an issue on GitHub with your payment reference. Beyond that, refunds are handled case by case and are not guaranteed.

The service is offered as it is, with no promise that it will always be reachable, that links will work forever, or that data will never be lost. It runs on hosted infrastructure that can fail, and there is no uptime commitment.

If a page matters enormously to you, keep your original photos.

To the extent the law allows, the project and its author are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from using the site — including a page being unavailable, deleted, or seen by someone you did not intend. Nothing here removes rights you have that cannot be waived where you live.

These terms may change as the product does. The date at the top says when they last did. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting the updated version.
