MakeItForThem is a small independent project built and maintained by one person, BR GOVIND. There is no company behind it, no support team, and no call centre — just someone who reads what comes in.

The project is public, and its issue tracker is the channel that is actually monitored:

Include your page link if your message is about a specific page. Please don't put anything private in a public issue — a page password, for instance, or the contents of a message you sent someone.

If you paid and Pro didn't activate, get in touch with the email address you paid with and roughly when you paid. Your payment record sits with Stripe, so it can be checked and put right.

Anyone can ask for a page to be removed — the person who made it, or the person it was made about. Send the link. There is no verification step today, which is deliberate: the harm of leaving an unwanted page up is greater than the harm of removing one.
