Refunds & Cancellation

Pro is a one-time purchase of $1.99. It is not a subscription. Nothing renews, nothing recurs, and there is no plan to cancel — which is why there is no cancellation process on this page. Once Pro is on your account it stays on.

Pro is delivered the moment your payment is confirmed and the entitlement is attached to your account. That normally happens within seconds. From that point you can use the Story Studio, every Pro template and every Pro feature immediately.

Because it is digital and available instantly, it is considered delivered as soon as you can use it — not when a page is published.

We will refund you in these situations:

• You paid and Pro never activated. Either we fix it or we refund it — your choice.
• You were charged twice for the same thing. The duplicate is refunded in full.
• You were charged but the payment failed on your side and the money still left your account.
• Pro is broken in a way that stops you using what you paid for, and we cannot fix it in reasonable time.

Pro unlocks instantly and cannot be handed back, so a change of mind after you have used it is not automatically refundable. We are not promising a no-questions-asked refund, because promising one and then declining would be worse than saying this plainly.

We may also decline where a purchase is being used abusively — chargeback fraud, or buying repeatedly to abuse refunds.

Get in touch through the contact page with the email address you paid with and roughly when you paid. That is enough to find the payment — please do not send card details, and we will never ask for them.

Refunds are issued through Stripe, back to the original payment method. Once issued, how long it takes to appear is up to your bank — typically several working days. We do not control that part and will not pretend to.

Pro access ends when the refund is processed — the entitlement is marked refunded automatically. Pages you already published stay up and keep working; refunding Pro does not delete anything you made.
