Digital Delivery

MakeItForThem is entirely digital. There are no physical goods, no packaging, no couriers and no delivery address. Nothing will ever arrive in the post, and we will never ask you for a shipping address.

Pro access. Delivered to your account within seconds of your payment being confirmed. You do not need to wait for an email before using it — if you are signed in when you pay, Pro appears immediately.

Your page. Delivered the moment you publish, as a private link. That link is the deliverable. You choose who receives it and how — we do not send it for you.

Sign-in links. Sent by email when you ask for one, usually within a minute.

Payment confirmation comes from Stripe directly to our server, so Pro is granted even if you close the tab straight after paying. If it still has not appeared, sign in with the email address you paid with — the entitlement is attached to that address and will be waiting.

If it is still missing, use the contact page. See the refund policy for what happens if we cannot fix it.

Published pages stay online for as long as the service runs. There is no expiry date and no storage fee. We are a small independent project rather than a company with guarantees behind it, so we will not promise a retention period we cannot underwrite.
